Description: | Next and last part of my Herzog Opus 60 project ...
*** Tonstück – Opus 60 nr. 21, composed by Johann Georg Herzog (1822-1909).
A charming Andantino starting as a (kind of) trio played on strings and flutes, alternated with quasi chorale phrases played on the beautiful Vox humana of Manual III.
Played on the magnificent Walcker-Eule set that I used for all 21 pieces of Opus 60. A very inspiring instrument, especially for this repertoire!
