Anmuthige Clavier-Übung part 1

This work was published in Nürnberg in 1699. Maihingen is around 100 km south-west from Nürnberg.
Johann Krieger (who was born in this town) was organist in Greiz from 1678 to 1680, then in Eisenberg from 1680 to 1682, and in St. Johannis in Zittau until his death.
He was much appreciated by Matthesson and Haendel.

I propose you the recording of his Clavier-Übung (divided in several parts), always playing the sample of Maihingen.
