A lot of people asked about the organ impression at the organ console/organ gallery, especially due to the unconventional construction of this instrument
Here you have this sound. We will have a special ODF for this situation.
The surround slider with Front 100-Rear 0 can't provide exactly this sound impression, because the sound balance is significantly changing, when being on the organ gallery.
So, if you want to have this impression, you should use only this special ODF.
What's changing?
- Grand Orgue is stronger, Positif less strong and less brilliant, due to the forward sound radiation
- Significant left-right locating of the Positif
- Pedal division is stronger
- Tracker and stop action, blower and trem noises are much stronger.
This very direct sound impression has it's own charm, much less reverberation and you, as the organist, will have this sound in reality.
PLEASE NOTE: You have to switch the audio channels, if you are virtually on the organ gallery (treble Positif is on right side!)
