Description:
Are Ye Able (1926)
Tune: Beacon Hill (1924)
Lyrics: Earl Marlatt (1892-1976)
Composer: Harry Mason (1881-1964)

I was putting together a new arrangement of this to play in church. It is one favorite hymn, for a couple who retired from our church choir a few years ago. It is not in our hymnal so this will be an organ prelude. Since I was already learning this, I thought I'd put it up here on the Concert Hall.

It works well on the Reuter. I start with the Solo French horn, then the Swell Oboe, followed by the Choir English Horn. You also get to hear some of the strings, the vox humana, the Solo Tuba and the harp.
