Felix Borowski (1872-1956) was born in England and then worked as a teacher and composer in the USA.
His Polish descent appears very well in this very singing piece in three parts :

I have had a CD with this piece on it for long years, but never paid much attention to it. I "discovered" it some days ago during an insomnia while listening to my Ipod in random mode in the dark :-)
