What about Carson Cooman?


Carson Cooman was one of the most diligent uploaders on CB, nearly every day a piece. But his activity got less this year and stopped in March.

Does anyone know more? I have contacted him, but got no answer.

We correspond occasionally - I’m not sure why he stopped posting here. He did premiere a choral piece of mine at Harvard recently, and we exchanged emails about that. Perhaps he hasn’t had time…

I don't blame him if he decided to move to YouTube (YT) entirely. However, with my many years of content creation experience, it would not be wise for him to solely depend on one platform alone. In my opinion from my experience, he should've at the very least, still continue to post both here on CB and also on YouTube simultaneously, as I've already been doing for many years now (even though I already had posted on YouTube for many years before deciding to share my Hauptwerk-related uploads on this platform alongside my YT uploads). Granted, some uploads may not work here on CB compared to YT, and that's okay. It's not like (metaphorically-speaking) that someone has a gun to your head to only upload to CB.
