Nounours was a kind fat bear in a short TV serie very popular in France in the 1960', titled "Bonne nuit les petits" (Good night, kids), which was programmed just before 8pm each day. Nounours helped children to go to bed and sleep, and was introduced by a flute tune, adpted here.
