Robert F. Swift (b. 1940) was educated at Hartwick College (BS) and the Eastman School of Music (MA and PhD). He is Professor of Music Emeritus at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and previously taught at Ithaca College, the Eastman School of Music, and Memphis State University. His compositions have been published with Hinshaw, Warner Brothers, Pro Art, Darcey Press, and Lorenz/Sacred Music Press. Swift is the author of several books, including “Music from the Mountains,” “Teaching Moments,” and “More Teaching.”
