A lot of Silly Simons have been uploaded on Contrebombarde, so one more will do no harm.

When playing & recording the Cocquiel-manuscript it's very interesting to play some pieces of composers who influenced Van den Kerckhoven, in this case his northern neighbor Sweelinck.

It was also an experiment with the sample set of the Weigle-organ. With it's mainly neobaroque character it can handle this music very well, but I changed the temperament to
quarter-comma meantone, 415hz. Played on the Gedecktflöte 4' from the choir organ (which can be played from the 4th manual of the main organ in reality).
