Pietro Alessandro Yon (1886 - 1943) Italian organist who held roles at the Vatican, and St. Patrick's Cathedral, New York.
This is strange piece comes from Yon's 'Advent First Religious Suite for Organ' with staccato bass on the 16' Bourdon and 8' Salicional against the 8' Montre. There is a short section on the Voix Humaine.
Not sure I'd find use for it in a service but there are a couple of other pieces in the set that are nice.
