Antoine Lefébure-Wely was born in 1756 and died 1831 in Paris. Hence he lift through the troubled times of the French revolution and the Napoleonic empire. He composed a set of 34 Noels which are still based on the French baroque tradition but show already strong influences of classical musique. He died two years before Aristide Cavaillé-Coll took part in the famous competition for the organ of St. Denis.
So I chose a late baroque instrument to play his works.
Let me point you to a very nice recording in a more classical spirit using the St. Omer organ:

Let me quote the first verse of his Noel:
A la venue de Noël
Chacun se doit bien réjouir
Car c'est un testament nouvel
: Que tout le monde doit tenir. :
I have made an approximate translation:
Christmas coming closer,
we shall all rejoice
As it is the new Covenant
: that everyone should observe :
When in his pride, Lucifer
fell down to hell
all of us leading to perdition
: The son of god bought us free :
As soon as god was born
the angel went to the sheepherds
Who all started singing
: sounding pipes and drums :
After a litte time
three kings came to pray
carrying myrrh and incense
: and gold strong desired :
There say saw sweet Jesus Christ
and his mother, who did hold him
The one, who made the word
: and raised the sinners :
It is quite clear, he loves as all
when he was crucified for us
God fahter who has created everything
: Grant us the right to Paradis :
