Description:	Albert Alain (1880-1971) was a French organist, father of the composer Jehan Alain and of the organist Marie-Claire Alain. He left a good deal of organ pieces, mainly miniatures also suitable to the harmonium. "Au temps de Noël" is a short and delicate evocation of the atmosphere of Christmas period. The main theme sounds like a Noël from Britanny, either authentic either imagined by the composer in a very convincing way.
