I've always loved Karg-Elert's "Praise the Lord with Drums and Cymbals"... years ago I arranged it for organ and orchestra, and here is the result - organ part is on the St. Luke's McLean Steiner-Reck, Orchestral samples by VSL (Synchron Prime) hosted in Finale and using the Noteperformer Playback Engine.

The timing is off in a couple of spots, but I think it gives a really good idea of the orchestration.
