This is the famous vesper hymn of the feast of the Immaculate Conception. (probably along with Adoro te the best known of this set).
This jaunty setting utilizes contrastin flutes at various pitches, melody is in the Ped. at 4'
It is amazing how playing this literature on the sounds and aesthetic of Cavaille-Coll suddenly causes it to come alive (the reverberant building doesn't hurt, either!)
