Pari Intervallo

This piece is so named because the tenor voice and the bass have a strictly parallel motion. It was written by Part after the death of a friend, whence its most reflective mood.

It is probably the most "partian" of Part's organ pieces. Some love, others hate, but the reaction is seldom indifferent as far as I could experiment !

Kreszow was chosen because of its discrete reeds and vocal 8'foundations.
