I used to enjoy Leo Christopherson's tours through organ stops on his home system. since he is no longer with us, I thought I'd post one in his honor.
Reuter Opus 227 from Sonus Paridisi.
A few caveats:
This is unsolicited.
The opinions are my own.
I am a satisfied customer.
I don't make it through every stop and feature.
The organ comes with 2 stereo front channels, and 1 stereo rear channel. Due to the limitations of my computer, I made the choice to only load the front set of samples, and am using convolution reverb for the rear. (East West Spaces)
The recording is made in my music room using the mid-side capsule of the Zoom H6 in mp3 format. (since that is what this site accepts)
You will hear a few extraneous noises from my organ console, due to the mic's proximity to me so my voice could be recorded at the same time as the organ. Also you will hear some noises made by my foster dog, a beautiful Boxer girl named Shadow.
I do seem a little long winded....... but I really am enjoying the instrument!
(Before someone asks, I've uploaded a photo of Shadow)
