I am building a Hauptwerk organ using three keyboards and a pedalboard from an old Compton console. I now have one keyboard and pedals working using a Tutti encoder from Hauptwerk Hardware and a new 6-core PC. The next job is to wire up the other keyboards (8x8 natrix).
