Albert Renaud (1855-1924) was organist at St François-Xavier church in Paris (a far predecessor of Gaston Litaize at this organ loft) and then at St Germain-en-Laye, near Paris.
His d minor toccata is probably not a major landmark in the history of music, but it's very pleasant to play with its alternation of rythmic sections and of lyrical ones where a -beautiful, IMHO - theme sings over a flow of arpeggios.
