After a year we finally found a house with a 7x12m (23x39ft) room for my instruments and sound set, rooms for 30+ cats, and a 2000+m2 (22000ft2/0.5acre) garden. And now the bank said OK.
Still not finished rebuilding my III/61 Rodgers, bought in '90s, with 2 swell shoes and 1 GC into a IV/HW with 2 extra swell shoes (without losing its Ebay value) -- haven't touched it for a year, or any other console for that matter.
I won't have to ruin the organ case to place a 4th manual, simply take out the coupler strip above Man.3, but for the extra swell shoes I have to CUT and SAW into the case! :O
